Group Training Sessions

We provide weekly group swim, cycling and running sessions at various locations in Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay and Casuarina. The sessions well and truly cater and support participants of all levels of experience and abilities. If you’re keen on joining in a fun, supportive and appropriately challenging training session, shoot us an email and we’ll fill you in on all the details. You do not have to be on an individualised plan by an RPG coach or a triathlete. Single sport athletes or just people looking to improve their general fitness are more then welcome.
